ROBERT L. PLOWFIELD, JR., P.E., PRINCIPAL
As Principal in charge and Senior Project Engineer, Mr. Plowfield is responsible for the structural design and analysis of a wide variety of building projects, as well as the production and coordination of working drawings and specifications for these projects.
In private practice since 1979, Mr. Plowfield has extensive experience in responsible charge of the structural design of a broad range of project types, including commercial, institutional, governmental and health care facilities.

AMY GRAEF, P.E., ASSOCIATE
In practice since 1998, Ms. Graef has been responsible for the design of various commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Her experience in structural design and inspection includes concrete design, composite beam design, masonry design, steel design, wood design, and cold formed steel design. |

PLOWFIELD, PRINCIPAL,
HUMAN RESOURCES
Since 1992, Ms. Plowfield has been a vital member
of the R. L. Plowfield & Associates team. Her
various responsibilities include interviewing and
hiring new employees, benefits administration, and
marketing. Ms. Plowfield is also responsible for
all accounting activities including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and payroll. |

SARAH
CRAWFORD, MBA,
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Sarah
is a Chief Financial Officer with CFO Strategic
Partners in Orlando. She has worked with
R.L. Plowfield and Associates since 2005.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s
in Business Administration. Sarah manages the
overall financial operations for RLPA and is a
valued asset to the team. |
