ROBERT L. PLOWFIELD, JR., P.E., PRINCIPAL
Founder & CEO
As Principal in charge and Senior Project Engineer, Mr. Plowfield is responsible for the structural design and analysis of a wide variety of building projects, as well as the production and coordination of working drawings and specifications for these projects.
Mr. Plowfield has extensive experience in responsible charge of the structural design of a broad range of project types, including commercial, institutional, governmental and health care facilities.
JEFFREY S. YEAGER, P.E., SEI, PRINCIPAL
Owner
Jeff brings over 25 years of extensive experience in structural engineering design and leadership on a variety of projects and project sectors throughout the eastern United States, Caribbean, and Middle East. His project portfolio includes projects in hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, K-12 and higher educational, commercial building, and municipal sectors. Basically, name the sector and Jeff has experience in it. He strives to provide our clients with cost-effective, constructible solutions in a timely manner.

Associate
In practice since 1998, Ms. Graef has been responsible for the design of various commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Her experience is in structural design and inspection includes concrete design, composite beam design, masonry design, steel design, wood design, and cold formed steel design.
MATTHEW L. ROSS, P.E.
Structural Engineer
Since 2013, Mr. Ross has been responsible for the design of various commercial, residential, and institutional projects. His experience is in structural design and inspection includes concrete design, composite beam design, masonry design, steel design, wood design, and cold formed steel design.
NICHOLAS L. CREWS, P.E.

Since 2014, Mr. Crews has been responsible for the design of various commercial, residential, and institutional projects. His experience is in structural design and inspection includes concrete design, composite beam design, masonry design, steel design, wood design, and cold formed steel design.
CHRISTA PLOWFIELD, PRINCIPAL
Human Resources
Since 1992, Ms. Plowfield has been a vital member of the RLP Engineers team. Her various responsibilities include interviewing and hiring new employees, benefits administration, and marketing. Ms. Plowfield is also responsible for all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
SARAH CRAWFORD, MBA
Chef Financial Officer
Sarah is a Chief Financial Officer with CFO Strategic Partners in Orlando. She has worked with RLP Engineers since 2005. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration. Sarah manages the overall financial operations for RLP Engineers and is a valued asset to the team.
